Javier Porragas is an Independent Filmmaker from Mexico City, currently leaving in Vancouver, Canada.
Javier moved to Canada in the Fall of 2015 to pursue his film career and the dream to become a visual storyteller.
He studied Film Production for Film & Television at Vancouver Film School (2016) where he graduated with a specialization in Directing, Cinematography.
Currently, while having scripts on development, he has focused most of his time working as an Associate Producer on a local film production company (Reel One Entertainment) working on several films and expanding his network across all of Canada and USA.
Now Javier plans to expand his network and collaborate with other hard-working filmmakers that are as eager and passionate as he is to bring unique stories to life.
